Pregnancy and postpartum bring incredible changes to your body. This 6-week, small-group strength class is designed to help you build strength, support your core and pelvic floor, and feel confident in your movement—from pregnancy through 2 years postpartum.
Led by Keanna Gross, PT, DPT, a pelvic floor physical therapist, you'll receive expert guidance and individualized modifications for your stage of pregnancy or postpartum recovery.

Pregnant through 2 years postpartum: Whether you're preparing for birth, returning to exercise after delivery, or navigating life with a toddler, this class meets you where you are.
All fitness levels welcome: Whether you're new to exercise or already active, movements can be modified to fit your experience and your body.
Small-group, PT-led instruction: With only 8 participants, you'll receive personalized guidance in a supportive environment.
