She specializes in pelvic health, providing compassionate, individualized, and evidence-based pelvic floor rehabilitation. Her approach is centered on helping patients feel supported, comfortable, and confident throughout their healing journey. She is committed to creating a safe and empowering environment where patients can openly address their concerns and achieve meaningful, lasting outcomes.
In addition to pelvic health, she is passionate about working with endurance athletes, barbell athletes, and individuals seeking to maintain pain-free movement across their lifespan. She enjoys helping patients build strength, resilience, and confidence so they can continue doing the activities they love.
Outside of the clinic, she enjoys spending time outdoors. You’ll often find her hiking, running, biking, or camping in the mountains during all seasons, embracing the same active lifestyle she encourages in her patients.
