James began his professional journey in law enforcement before transitioning to physical therapy—a field that aligned more closely with his passion for helping others and making a lasting impact on people's lives. Originally from Colorado, he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Science from the University of Colorado in 2012, followed by a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in Florida.
James launched his physical therapy career in Georgia, where he completed a year-long, accredited residency program and earned his Manual Therapy Certification (MTC) from the University of St. Augustine. He went on to open and operate his own clinic before eventually selling the practice to pursue travel physical therapy, gaining diverse experience across the country.
Now based in Anchorage, James brings his diverse clinical knowledge and a deep commitment to patient care. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring new places and creating adventures with his family, which includes his spouse and five children. His personal interests include hiking, sports, and reading.
